Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Why is my order delayed?

Delays can occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons. We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier.

How to track my order?

You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing immediately to maintain fast fulfillment. If you need to request a modification or cancellation, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Email us immediately with your correct address. If the order has not shipped, we will update it. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information entered at checkout.

Why was my order canceled?

Orders may be canceled due to payment verification issues, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. If canceled, you will be notified and refunded automatically.

How long does the delivery take?

Processing: 1–3 business days

Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

During limited drops or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

What happens if my package is marked delivered but I don’t have it?

Check with neighbors and your local carrier. If unresolved, contact us. Once marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist where possible.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

How can I track my order?

Do you offer exchanges?

No. We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, place a new order. Eligible returns may be refunded once approved.

How do I track my Refund?

To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-7 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
