RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at innosswear. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and obligations when returning items purchased from https://innosswear.com (the “Site”).
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for return unless defective.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at support@innosswear.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return (optional but helpful)
- We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
3. Return Shipping
- For U.S. customers, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label (subject to eligibility).
- For international customers, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
Important notes:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us at support@innosswear.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you still have concerns, email us at support@innosswear.com, and we will assist you.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and not eligible for return:
- Sale and clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards

9. Order Cancellations
We aim to process orders quickly.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@innosswear.com within 12 hours of purchase.
We cannot guarantee cancellations after an order has been processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that we believe are fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
